Yolandi Taylor-Banks Director of LCA self-employed full-time working mum. I have always worked or volunteered in sport since I was 15 years old. I have played many sports with Football & Rugby being a passion.
Club Football Brighton, Lewes, Woodland Vale NJ USA, Lewes, Mindil Aces Ladies NT Australia, Open Ladies team Northern Territory Arafura Games.
Coaching Qualified FA Level 2 coach and holds many additional coaching and leadership qualifications from university. Along with Certificate of Education, Level 3 in Motivating a Team Effectively, Assessing Vocational Achievement, Level 4 Quality Assurance of Assessment of Processes and Practice.
Coaching Experiences Priory School Girls Lewes, Camp America Soccer & Swim coach USA, Girls Football Festival coach Brighton/Lewes, U14 boys NT Australia, Zambia Community Football & Netball program Africa, Hove YMCA Community Sports program, Gambia Football Basketball, Rugby Program Africa. I currently coach Peacehaven & Telscombe FC U9s and am part of the coaching team at Seaford Town FC U13s.
Ambitions I want to empower young people especially girls to feel safe and supported in an inclusive place to develop their athletic skills. To support them in building resilience, strength, confidence and teamwork. To eventually have an academy that is accessible for all supporting young people wherever they are on their journey.
Inspiration Sport has not always been accessible and like many I was never given the opportunities my male colleagues & friends were gifted. I have fought for everything and I want to unite those that feel the same building a team of talented professionals to achieve our ambition.
