I have been working with young people for over 20 years as educator, researcher and mentor, and as a passionate sports lover I believe in the power of sport to change individuals and wider society. I became the Director of Lioness Coaching Academy because I believe in the transformative power of mentorship and the potential of young women to lead and excel when given the right support. Throughout my career as a dedicated researcher working with young people, I’ve witnessed the unique challenges girls face, from navigating societal expectations to finding their voices in male-dominated spaces. I wanted to create a space where they could build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills while being unapologetically themselves.
